HOA Manager - Randi Childs - United Property Associates 

Responsibilities - Budgeting, planning and attending board meetings, rule enforcement, collections, compliance with legal matters, maintaining operational records, maintaining and enforcing Governing Documents, ensuring the HOA stays within budget, inspections, violations, finding and monitoring Vendors performing contracted HOA work. (Stone Lawn works, Dooty calls, Go Green Electric, Etc.) 

The manager is not responsible for the planning of the HOA. Parking spaces, development complaints, and builder complaints. The listed issues can be expressed to the manager and they can forward your email to the correct person.
