Q. I am thinking of changing or adding to the outside of my home. Do I need to submit an ARB form for HOA approval?
A. Yes, always. Anything that you are changing on the outside of the home must have written approval from the HOA Board of Directors.
Q. My home had unforeseen issues once I moved in, who do I contact?
A. Your Builder or Real Estate agent.
Q. My Home was built by HH Hunt, and I need to replace some siding. What color and materials were used?
A. Reach out the HOA Manager for the information.
Q. No Parking Sign Installed - Where can I park
A. Parking is allowed on the side of the street without the No Parking signs, and in the designated parking spots within the HOA. One side of every street will be no parking, to allow for emergency vehicles to come safely to residents' homes. Towing will be strictly enforced and cars will be removed at the expense of the owner.
