Dear Homeowners,

 

Please note that any items placed in your yard are required to have an approved ARB. While enforcement has been informal previously, due to an increase in complaints regarding damages, we will now begin to enforce this regulation. If you wish to have items in your yard, please submit an ARB request by June 6, 2025. Failure to submit and obtain approval may result in violations and potential fees if items are found to be in your yard. This does include lights as well.

As already in effect all personal property, such as in-ground lights, must be removed by Tuesday evening, or at the latest, Wednesday morning.

Please be aware that any personal items remaining in the area after the landscaping crew has completed their work, or if you notify us of their removal after the crew's visit, may result in your yard being skipped during that round of service. The crew will not be able to return until the following week, as their schedule cannot be adjusted retroactively.

 Everyone even single family homes are required to also submit ARB request to place items in there yards.
