Community Events

The HOA Christmas Decorating contest will begin on December 1, 2024. Three homes will be chosen throughout the community that best represent the Christmas spirit. Homes will be viewed the week of December 16 - 19, 2024. Homes will be chosen by a selected group of Homeowners, The Developer's office, and multiple employees of United Property Associates. The Association Manager will deliver Gift Cards to the winners on Friday, December 20th.

Please keep your decorations within your property lines and out of common grounds.
