Avant at Huntington Pointe
There have been multiple reports of homeowners going to the apartments at Avant at Huntington Pointe to use the EV charging stations. Please be advised that EV chargers are exclusively reserved for residents of Avant at Huntington Pointe and are not available to homeowners in the Huntington Pointe community. Unauthorized use may result in penalties, violations, or towing. We kindly ask all homeowners to refrain from using amenities designated for Huntington Pointe residents.
